• Baybayin, Chinese, Japanese, Arab Characters: Send us a photo of your handwriting / translated name via email (thecleafiles@gmail.com) with your Order Number. (Please choose clear, non-blurred, high-resolution photo. Scanned photos are preferred.)
• Pendant size (Note that final size will still depend on your chosen font and number of characters. Size below is only an estimate):
• Regular: Estimate length of name with 5 characters is around 35mm
• Small: Estimate length of name with 5 characters is around 25mm
• Tarnish resistant (upon proper care) and hypoallergenic 

PRODUCTION

• Lead time: 12-14 working days (No rush orders, please!)
• Payment must be settled 2 days after placing of order.

• Estimate Ship-out: December 11
• Delivery is 1-3 days for Metro Manila and 3-9 days for provincial.
