Returns and Repairs

Our pieces are handmade to order, made specially for you, therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Things happen and we get it ♡ If your jewelry needs repair within the first 30 days, we are happy to service your item at no extra cost. Please let us know right away! Contact us including photos of fault part so we can assess if deemed valid for repair. General wear and tear, misuse and cleaning are not covered. If your jewelry piece was purchased more than 30 days ago, please note that a small repair fee may apply. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
