We are based in the Philippines and we ship nationwide. ♡

How do I know if my order is successfully placed?

  • You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order invoice and payment details. This is automatically sent to your emails.
  • If you can't find your confirmation email, kindly check your junk or spam folder. If it's still not there, please send us a message via website chat / email / IG DM :)

How do I pay?

  • GrabPay, Paymaya, Debit/Credit Card Payment via Paymongo
  • Bank deposit or Online fund transfer
    • BDO, Metrobank
  • GCash
    • via the Gcash App or Cliqq machine at 7-11 Convenience Stores

  • Our payment details are indicated in the order confirmation email which is sent automatically to your email after you've placed an order on our site. Remember to pay for your order within 3 business days to avoid cancellation.

Where do I send proof of payment?

Kindly reply to your order confirmation email with your proof of payment OR send it on a separate email with your "ORDER #" as the subject  ◡̈  We will confirm your payment within 48 hours!

 

How long will it take for me to get my order?

  • This will be PRODUCTION TIME + DELIVERY TIME.

  • Current production time is 2-4 days. The payment confirmation email will indicate the pick-up/ship-out date of your parcel.

  • Current delivery lead time for Metro Manila & Rizal via JRS: 1-3 days and for other provincial areas via JRS: 3-9 days.

How much is your shipping fee?
    • For areas within Metro Manila & Rizal:

      • Via JRS: Php 90 (1-3 days)
    • For other Provincial Areas

      • Via JRS: Php140 (3-9 days)

      Same Day Delivery from Antipolo Studio

        • PAY rider directly once you get an email that your order is ready in 1-2 days. 
        • Choosing this option means you are agreeing to the amount of the delivery fee shown in the app. Service payment will be c/o customer. To know how much is the delivery fee, click HERE

      • Your tracking information will be sent via email confirmation.

      Can I cancel an order?
      • Please send us a message (website chat / email / IG DM) immediately if you would like to cancel your unpaid order.

      • In order to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible, all paid orders are sent to production right away. Once your item is in production, we cannot cancel your order. Thank you for understanding!

      Do you accept bulk orders? and do you give discount?

      • Yes, we accept bulk orders! Discount may depend on the quantity, what item/s you are purchasing, and difficulty of design (usually applies to hand stamped pieces).

      • Contact us via website chat / email / IG DM with details of your order so we can review and respond faster.

      Do you accept resellers?

      • As of the moment, we do not. Once we are ready to accept, we'll surely post it on our social platform!

      What does 'hand stamped' mean? What is 'hand stamping'?

      Hand Stamping is performed by hand using metal stamps and a hammer. The Stamper lines up the stamp by eye, holds it in place with one hand, and with the other hand, hits the end of the stamp with a hammer to impress the letter into the metal. 

      Our hand stamped pieces are made one at a time! You will have a one of a kind piece because we hand stamp it with love when you order - no machines or fancy molds! They are hand stamped and may not always be perfectly aligned or spaced. This should not be considered a defect, but adds to the uniqueness of a handcrafted piece. Truly one of a kind, just for you! ♡
